Using techniques grounded in mindfulness and the mind body connection, our meditation classes focus on alleviating the every day stresses that we all experience as part of modern life. Delivered via live virtual sessions, our classes provide an opportunity for employees to take time out for self-care and connect with their colleagues.

Classes

Recurring Classes

Our classes are delivered via Zoom, and are suitable for up to 100 people. Classes can be booked on a subscription basis, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Introduction to Meditation

For beginners to meditation we can provide a 6 week introductory course, consisting of a mix of tutorials and meditation sessions. Sessions are delivered weekly via Zoom.

Single Bookings

If you're looking to book a one off meditation class for your employees, or would like to gauge demand prior to booking recurring classes we're happy to help!
